Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
Virtuates currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status online.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at help@virtuates.us. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
